Metal Finishing
Industrial metal finishing includes mechanical, chemical electroplating and eco pickling of metal surfaces.
During the course of any of these processes, fine metal particulate and contaminants must be removed from the cleaning solutions to keep finished product surfaces to a high quality. Gravity filters, vacuum filters and magnetic separators can be used to keep process finishing fluids clean, improving production rates and tool life. For fluids having corrosive properties, the fully enclosed pressure filter can be used to prevent fluid escape to atmosphere.
