Lee Couch joined the Filtertech team a little over three years ago and since day one his attitude has always been pleasant, positive and productive. Whatever the task, he always follows through with excellent results. No matter how many responsibilities he has on his plate, he never complains, always maintains a good attitude and is always ready for what’s next. During the recent construction and remodeling of the breakroom and adjoining facilities, Lee stepped in to help in multiple areas, even though much of that work fell outside his job description. His willingness to contribute wherever and whenever he is needed shows that he is a true team player. Lee is dedicated to seeing Filtertech succeed and continually strives to do the best he can to serve as a positive example in supporting his fellow workers. He is truly worthy this year to be recognized as the employee of the year.
