Micro PWF Filter (Pilot Program)

Laboratory results from a sample test are a snapshot in time of a particular process waste stream. In almost every case, no one sample is exactly the same as the next. The purpose of the pilot system is to advance from the laboratory report to real time results. Pilot testing will determine what the treatment success will be, removing all theoretical judgment while providing definitive results.
Filtertech utilizes proprietary dry chemistry (PDC) which coagulates and flocculates colloidal sub-micronic particles into a stable floc. Once formed, the floc is removed by a “High Performance” Deep Bed Gravity Filter Model MPF. The process chemistry incorporates a coagulant/flocculating agent which unlike liquid chemistries does not require constant jar testing for treatment accuracy, is not sensitive to overdosing or chemical instability, and is consistently repeatable. The flocking agents are removed with the accumulated solids via the filter media.
STEP ONE - INDEPENDENT LAB TESTING
Provide Filtertech with (2) two, one gallon samples of your wastewater (with applicable MSDS data information), complete our questionnaire, and we will do the rest. Within two to three weeks we will provide a written evaluation of that sample, including before and after contaminant metals concentrations and reduction, suggested chemical treatment process complete with photos documenting the resultant water and waste sludge residue. There is no charge for lab testing.
STEP TWO - ONSITE PILOT TESTING
The trial is a maximum of four weeks at a nominal cost per week. At the end of the trial period, 50% of the trial cost for up to 90 days can be applied to the purchase of the pilot unit or larger system to meet your production requirements. The trial cost includes onsite assistance within North America from Filtertech once the pilot unit is ready for start-up.
The cost of commodities which would include clay chemistry and filter media would be the responsibility of the customer and invoiced at the end of the trial.
Installation is easy requiring hook up of 460V/3/60Hz voltage, air line and the included portable hoses with quick disconnects for the self-priming feed pump and discharge for the clean supply pump. Complete integrated system for easy installation.
