For numerous coolant or industrial liquid clarification applications, Filtertech manufactures both Flatbed “Air” Vacuum Filters and Liquid Vacuum Filters that provide the desired clarity by removing even the finest particles using a wide range of filter media.

Model SCF Air Vacuum Filter

Unlike Rotary Vacuum Filters that use pump suction or expensive liquid ring vacuum pumps to create a pressure differential across the filter media, the Flatbed Vacuum Filter uses air vacuum to create the pressure differential. Due to the design feature benefits of the Filtertech flatbed “air” vacuum filter such as the pre-coat and liquid extraction, an extremely efficient filter cake is produced that removed even finer particulate using lighter media in a very economical way.

The Filtertech Liquid Vacuum Filter uses pump suction to produce a pressure differential across the filter media and can be an alternative to the air vacuum filter in some applications.
