Vacuum Distillers

In the production of rolled aluminum sheet or foil, the roll oil will become contaminated over time by heavy hydrocarbon oils and greases from hydraulic system leaks, bearings and gearbox oils. The Filtertech model VDU vacuum distillation unit distills the roll oil to a “better than new” state while maintaining expensive additive packages in place.

For other industrial light oil applications, Filtertech will test your process oil for VDU feasibility.

The skidded system can be proposed to be easily integrated into an existing process streams or new installations and are designed to fit into typical shipping containers.
