Metal Finishing Filtration

Industrial metal finishing includes mechanical, chemical and electroplating of metal surfaces. During the course of any of these processes, fine metal particulate and contaminants must be removed to keep finished product quality high. The gravity filter or vacuum filter can be used to keep process finishing fluids clean improving production rates and tool life. For fluids having corrosive properties, the fully enclosed pressure filter can be used to prevent fluid escape to atmosphere. Complete system packages including tanks, pumps, heat exchanger and controls can be proposed.
